Gerade hat mein Auto angefangen zu laden obwohl nicht mehr genügend Sonne da ist. Das SoC-Modul ist schuld. Irgendwas hat Tesla wohl wieder geändert, auf jeden Fall konnte der SoC nicht ermittelt werden und wird als Null angezeigt. Null ist kleiner als der eingestellte Mindest-SoC also fängt das Laden an.
Wir hatten hier ja schon mal die Diskussion, ob das Verhalten beim Zielladen bei nicht erfolgreichem SoC-auslesen nicht doch besser stattfinden sollte. Da war ich der Meinung, ja auf jeden Fall, denn besser das Auto ist zu voll als zu leer. (Die openWB hat nicht geladen, das fragliche Auto war am Morgen zu leer)
Beim Mindest-SoC wird nun also geladen obwohl das Erreichen des Ziel-SoCs nicht feststellbar ist und somit das Auto komplett voll geladen wird.
Nun denke ich, dass man doch einen Fehlerwert-SoC definieren müsste, auf den die jeweilige Laderlogiken - vielleich sogar einstellbar - reagieren. Beim Zielladen würde ich laden wollen, beim Mindest-SoC eher nicht. Aber es gibt ja auch ein SoC-Ladeziel bei Sofortladen, im PV-laden und im Zeitladen.
Vielleicht könnte der Punkt auf irgendeine ToDo-Liste, das ist ja wegen der vielen Stellen nun ein größerer Brocken, wenn man das implementiert. Und wenn man es einstellbar macht, braucht‘s das auch noch.

Nun ist wieder morgens und ich kann das, was gestern nicht ins Auto ging, nachladen. Aber die openWB regelt den Ladestrom zu hoch!
PV sind 8,9kW, Ladesleistung sind 10,2kW. Sollte es daran liegen, dass ich gerade meinen Heizstab in den Hausverbrauch habe rechnen lassen?
Oha, Heizstab ausgeschaltet: (eigentlich hätte der ausgehen müssen, "Ausschaltschwelle anpassen" ist gesetzt)

Kurzen Herzinfarktmoment: Nach Update & Neustart kam der "Einrichtungsassistent". WEITER, dann ABBRUCH.
Zum Glück waren alle Settings übernommen worden.
Colors-Theme auf dem Display sieht auch sehr schön aus, leider sind die beiden Ladepunkte im Verlauf farblich nicht unterschieden.

Um den Fehler offensichtlich zu machen, habe ich diese auf Individuell -500 W und +500 W eingestellt. Die openWB setzt alle 10 s einen neuen Stromwert, obwohl die Regelgrenzen nicht überschritten werden. Ich erwarte, dass der Stromwert nicht nachgeregelt wird, bis die Regelgrenzen überschritten werden. Hier der Auszug aus dem Log über zwei Regelperioden:

Dass die Sollstromstärke nur geändert wird, wenn der Regelbereich verlassen wird, ist so nicht im Hilfetext erklärt und auch nicht so umgesetzt. Es wird nicht nachgeregelt, aber auf kleine Schwankungen wird trotzdem reagiert.

Der Heizstab zieht genau so viel Energie wie zu viel geladen wird. Es wird allerdings nur nach EVU-Punkt und Speicherleistung geregelt, der Hausverbrauch ist da irrelevant und damit auch, ob der Heizstab dort eingerechnet wird oder nicht.Gero hat geschrieben: ↑Mi Aug 28, 2024 6:55 am Nun ist wieder morgens und ich kann das, was gestern nicht ins Auto ging, nachladen. edit: Nachgestellt bekomme ich es leider nicht nochmal, mittlerweile kommt zu viel vom Dach als dass der Speicher entladen werden müsste. Der wird nun einfach nur nicht mehr geladen - achso: Lademodus prio Fahrzeug.
Es wird erkannt, dass 2kW Speicherleistung zu viel bezogen wird, allerdings wird im Loglevel Info das Lastmanagement nicht geloggt. Warum zu viel zugeteilt wird, kann ich im Log nicht erkennen.
Am besten bitte das Log mal dauerhaft auf Details mit laufen lassen, dann haben wir nicht immer das Problem, dass ich kein Log mit dem Problem habe.

Um den Fehler offensichtlich zu machen, habe ich diese auf Individuell -500 W und +500 W eingestellt. Die openWB setzt alle 10 s einen neuen Stromwert, obwohl die Regelgrenzen nicht überschritten werden. Ich erwarte, dass der Stromwert nicht nachgeregelt wird, bis die Regelgrenzen überschritten werden. Hier der Auszug aus dem Log über zwei Regelperioden:

Dass die Sollstromstärke nur geändert wird, wenn der Regelbereich verlassen wird, ist so nicht im Hilfetext erklärt und auch nicht so umgesetzt. Es wird nicht nachgeregelt, aber auf kleine Schwankungen wird trotzdem reagiert.

Das klingt eher nach Defekt am BMW. Rein technisch ist das ein PWM Signal, das wird üblicherweise vom Fahrzeug generell mehrmals pro Sekunde ausgewertet.Dahinter steckt das praktische Problem, dass der Onboard-Charger von meinem BMW 225xe die vielen Sollstromänderungen der openWB nicht toleriert und nach ca. 2 Stunden Ladezeit auf Error geht.

Ich hab' den Fehler gefunden - es ist mein verstorbenes nodeRED zur Berechnung des Leistungsaufnahme des Heizstabs: https://forum.openwb.de/viewtopic.php?p=115332#p115332
Das smarthome hat weiterhin mit den 2,9kW weitergerechnet, obwohl der Heizstab aus war. Am EVU-Zähler waren dann natürlich diese 2,9kW zu viel, was den Hausverbrauch auf 0 korrigiert hatte. Da bin ich ein bisschen zu schnell mit meiner Meldung hier gewesen. Ich kann den Fehler aber nachstellen und ein Log bereitstellen, falls gewünscht.

Bei jedem einstellbaren SoC-Wert noch einstellbar zu machen, was passiert, wenn dieser SoC nicht abrufbar ist, führt zu sehr ins Detail.Gero hat geschrieben: ↑Di Aug 27, 2024 5:35 pm Gerade hat mein Auto angefangen zu laden obwohl nicht mehr genügend Sonne da ist. Das SoC-Modul ist schuld. Irgendwas hat Tesla wohl wieder geändert, auf jeden Fall konnte der SoC nicht ermittelt werden und wird als Null angezeigt. Null ist kleiner als der eingestellte Mindest-SoC also fängt das Laden an.
Wir hatten hier ja schon mal die Diskussion, ob das Verhalten beim Zielladen bei nicht erfolgreichem SoC-auslesen nicht doch besser stattfinden sollte. Da war ich der Meinung, ja auf jeden Fall, denn besser das Auto ist zu voll als zu leer. (Die openWB hat nicht geladen, das fragliche Auto war am Morgen zu leer)
Beim Mindest-SoC wird nun also geladen obwohl das Erreichen des Ziel-SoCs nicht feststellbar ist und somit das Auto komplett voll geladen wird.
Nun denke ich, dass man doch einen Fehlerwert-SoC definieren müsste, auf den die jeweilige Laderlogiken - vielleich sogar einstellbar - reagieren. Beim Zielladen würde ich laden wollen, beim Mindest-SoC eher nicht. Aber es gibt ja auch ein SoC-Ladeziel bei Sofortladen, im PV-laden und im Zeitladen.
Vielleicht könnte der Punkt auf irgendeine ToDo-Liste, das ist ja wegen der vielen Stellen nun ein größerer Brocken, wenn man das implementiert. Und wenn man es einstellbar macht, braucht‘s das auch noch.
So ist es für alle Stellen, die den SoC verwenden, gleich umgesetzt. Wenn 3x kein SoC verfügbar ist, wird geladen.
