Zweiter Ladepunkt der Duo lädt nicht mehr mit der Master
In der Beta 2 wurde ein Bug behoben, der das Laden am rechten Ladepunkt einer Duo verhindert hat. Kann es sein, dass dieses Problem in der Master vom 13.11. noch (oder wieder) drin ist? Sind bei mir wieder die selben Symptome: Das selbe Fahrzeug und Ladeprofil funktioniert links, aber rechts nicht. Ladung wird freigegeben, man hört auch ein leises Fiepen (leiser als bei funktionierendem Ladevorgang), aber der Twingo lädt nicht.

Der Fix ist noch drin.

Sensible Daten wie Benutzernamen und Kennwörter unkenntlich machen.

Bei meiner Duo funktioniert auch nur ein Ladepunkt. Hinter dem Display höre ich im Abstand von einigen Sekunden ein klicken, als ob etwas geschaltet würde. Probleme macht Ladepunkt 2 "Drinnen".

Das Problem in diesem Beitrag wurde im Master behoben. Es sind nur Duos mit Umschaltung am zweiten Ladepunkt betroffen.ChristianM hat geschrieben: ↑Sa Nov 18, 2023 12:52 pm Bei meiner Duo funktioniert auch nur ein Ladepunkt. Hinter dem Display höre ich im Abstand von einigen Sekunden ein klicken, als ob etwas geschaltet würde. Probleme macht Ladepunkt 2 "Drinnen".

Re: Zweiter Ladepunkt der Duo lädt nicht mehr mit der Master
Leider funktionieren nach dem Update beide Ladepunkte nicht mehr, ich habe einen neuen Systemreport bei angestecktem Auto gesendet und auf das alte Ticket verwiesen. Die OpenWB braucht nun auch echt lange um zu erkennen das ein Auto angesteckt ist, wenn es überhaupt angezeigt wird. Ich habe mal den Lademodus auf Stop gewechselt und dann zurück auf Sofortladen. Das hat genauso wenig geholfen wie ein weiterer Neustart.

Mit dem Update von heute scheint es nun OK zu sein. Beide Ladepunkte laden und können auch zwischen 1 und 3 Phasen umschalten. Danke für die Hilfe.

Das hört sich gut an, meine Duo hat ebenfalls Phasenumschaltung. Danke für die schnelle Reparatur. Kann leider erst am Wochenende testen, da heute die Kiste voll ist und ich danach unterwegs bin.
