Ich weiß nicht genau was nun noch alles an Infos benötigt wird um den Fehler bei der Phasenumschaltung einzukreisen. Ich meine die vorher installierte Version war die Stable 1.9.281 bei der noch alles funktionierte. Die automatische Phasenumschaltung ist bei beiden Wallboxen eingeschaltet, Sofortladen steht auf 3-phasig und trotzdem wird am externen Ladepunkt bei Sofortladen nur einphasig geladen. Mache ich diesen externen Ladepunkt zum normalen, eigenständigen Ladepunkt funktioniert 3-phasiges Sofortladen dort wieder.

Bei der Speicherbeachtung wird leider nur der erste Ladepunkt berücksichtigt. LP2 lädt einfach munter drauf los, anstatt, dass Leistung für den Speicher vorgehalten wird. Meiner Meinung ist das auch schon in vorherigen Versionen passiert.

Hallo, ich habe meine OpenWB Boxen upgedatet von Version 281 auf 288. Wegen Problemen dann auch auf die nightly 1.9.289 (2022-12-22 09:10:42 +0100 [4e1ed148].
Das Problem ist, dass die Ladung nach ca. 10min bis 30min gestoppt wird. Hauptsächlich gesehen bei Min+PV Ladung.

Wenn ich den debug log anschaue habe ich das Gefühl, dass die OpenWB bei 2022-12-28 14:51:57 die Phasen umschalten möchte und die Ladung stoppt. Das dürfte Sie jedoch nicht, da Min+PV explizit auf einphasig gestellt ist (siehe Settings).

Vielleicht kann jemand aus dem Log noch mehr erkennen?

Das Laden erfolgt an der "Master" OpenWB und nicht an der als extern angebundenen WB.

Settings:
Phasenumschaltung aktiv
Sofortladen, Standby und Stop -> 3phasig
Nur PV und Min+PV explizit auf 1phasig gestellt.

EVU Modul: OpenWB EVU Kit
PV Modul: Kostal piko alt
Speicher: kein Speicher vorhanden
SOC Modul: VWID

Hardware: 2x OpenWB Series 2+ Custom mit Phasenumschaltung

Fahrzeug: VW ID4 GTX (Software 3.1)

Hallo, heute früh wollte ich mein Auto im Sofortladen Modus aufladen (3 Phasig mit 11 KW) und habe schon wieder diese Abbrüche bekommen. Betrifft also wohl alle Modi.

Hier noch mal der Debug Log von heute, wo er die Ladung stoppt.

Der erste Abbruch war nach ca. 10 Min. Beim zweiten Versuch hat er ca. 30 Min geladen.

HerrMumin hat geschrieben: Mi Dez 28, 2022 4:32 pm Hallo, ich habe meine OpenWB Boxen upgedatet von Version 281 auf 288. Wegen Problemen dann auch auf die nightly 1.9.289 (2022-12-22 09:10:42 +0100 [4e1ed148].
Das Problem ist, dass die Ladung nach ca. 10min bis 30min gestoppt wird. Hauptsächlich gesehen bei Min+PV Ladung.

Wenn ich den debug log anschaue habe ich das Gefühl, dass die OpenWB bei 2022-12-28 14:51:57 die Phasen umschalten möchte und die Ladung stoppt. Das dürfte Sie jedoch nicht, da Min+PV explizit auf einphasig gestellt ist (siehe Settings).

Vielleicht kann jemand aus dem Log noch mehr erkennen?

Das Laden erfolgt an der "Master" OpenWB und nicht an der als extern angebundenen WB.

Settings:
Phasenumschaltung aktiv
Sofortladen, Standby und Stop -> 3phasig
Nur PV und Min+PV explizit auf 1phasig gestellt.

EVU Modul: OpenWB EVU Kit
PV Modul: Kostal piko alt
Speicher: kein Speicher vorhanden
SOC Modul: VWID

Hardware: 2x OpenWB Series 2+ Custom mit Phasenumschaltung

Fahrzeug: VW ID4 GTX (Software 3.1)

Bei mir das gleiche Problem. Aber auch Sofortladen wird unterbrochen nach 10 bis 30 Minuten, Min+PV lädt 3phasig obwohl 1phasig eingestellt.Ladestatus Änderung angeblich auf 6 Ampere geändert, aber Ladung mit 16A. Vieles erscheint im Status nicht mehr plausibel.

Mit der 1.9.281 nie Probleme gehabt, jetzt mit 287 und 288 massiv. Support ist kontaktiert.

Im Bezug auf die Beschreibung zu RFID Mode 2:
Wird erst gescannt und dann ein Auto angeschlossen wird der Tag dem Auto zugewiesen das als nächstes ansteckt.
Dies scheint derzeit ein Glücksspiel mit schlechten Karten zu sein. Der RFID Tag wird scheinbar nur zuverlässig an den Master weiter gegeben wenn ein Auto angeschlossen ist. Wenn ich den Code richtig verstehe kommt dieses verhalten aus packages\modules\chargepoints\internal_openwb\chargepoint_module.py

Ich kann über mqtt nachvollziehen, dass runs\isss.py zwar das Topic "LastScannedRfidTag" korrekt publiziert, die Message wird aber sofort (innerhalb 1s) wieder auf 0 zurück gesetzt. Je nachdem, wie das Timing von modules\extopenwb\main.sh auf der Master ist, bekommt sie den RFID scan mal mit und mal nicht.

Ist in der Nightly behoben. Bitte auch ein Update der externen openWBs auf die Nightly machen.
