ID.3 lädt seit seit Update nicht mehr

Hallo,

benutze nun seit 1,5 Jahren die OpenWB series2 Buchse ohne Schwierigkeiten. Da ich ab 1.1.2023 zum Stromanbieter Tibber wechsle, wollte ich einige neue Funktionen und Nachtladung testen. Habe deshalb auf Nightly 1.9.289 aktualisiert, da wohl dort einige Anpassungen zu Tibber & Co. gemacht wurden.

Bisher habe ich nur Sofort-Laden genutzt. Nach dem Update habe ich SOC via We Connect, Nachtladen und Laden nach Strompreis eingerichtet. Dann wollte ich testen und leider lädt das Auto nicht mehr. Dann neue Einstellungen einzeln deaktiviert und schließlich alle Einstellungen wieder auf alten Wert gesetzt und es lädt immer noch nicht.

Das heisst: Ich stecke das Kabel an der Buchse ein, dann am Auto. Früher hat dann immer die Buchse verriegelt und die LED am ID.3 wurde grün. Jetzt verriegelt nichts mehr an der Buchse und der ID.3 blinkt weiß und wird nach ungefähr 30 Sekunden rot.

Auch Erhöhen des Minimalstromes hat nichts gebracht.

Modulkonfiguration EVU mit Victron GX ist noch aktiv, PV jedoch nicht.

Was kann ich noch versuchen?

So wie es aussieht, handelt es sich um einen Hardware-Defekt.

Im Inneren gibt es ein Bauteil mit den Anschlüssen A, B, PP, CP oben, das offenbar den Schütz schaltet. Da leuchtet eine LED rot. Ich habe noch eine zweite series2 Buchse, wo dies nicht der Fall ist.

Außerdem scheint das 12V-Netzteil Überlast zu haben, da auch hier teilweise die LED blinkt.

Irgendwas hat es wohl zerhauen, keine Ahnung wieso. Ladekabel war beim Update ausgesteckt.

Ev. ist der Verriegelungsaktor defekt. Bitte an den Support wenden.

Den Aktor kann man deaktivieren. Dazu WB stromlos machen und dann die 12V vom 12V-NT abklemmen (und isolieren). Den Aktor per Hand auf entriegelt drehen.
In der SW dann eine normale Series2 konfigurieren.

Offenbar sollte man den Morgen nicht vor dem Abend loben.

Habe jetzt nochmal die Konfiguration für Tibber und co. angepasst und nochmals einen Ladevorgang gestartet. Dann ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Anzeige für die Ladeleistung immer auf 3,67 kW steht. Dann nochmals im Log geschaut, es gibt offenbar ModBus-Probleme:

Das Universalmessgerät ist aktiv und ich vermute, dass ModBus grundsätzlich funktioniert, da ja sonst auch das CP-Modul nicht schalten würde.
Aber irgendwie funktioniert die ModBus-Verbindung zwischen Leistungsmessung und Raspberry nicht mehr.

So langsam kommt doch der Frust.

Zumindest bemüht und ehrgeizig :)

Ich habe gerade noch einige Baustellen, da nach viele Optimierungen anstehen (Tibber, selbst gebauter Stromspeicher, SmarthomeNG). Sobald das einigermaßen zusammenspielt, werde ich gerne den Versuch starten.
