I use VZlogger to parse data coming form my Smart Energy Meter (DSMR 4.2).
The meter provides the actual use in Kilowatts. So when there is 2000 Watts in use, this is parsed as 2,000, 700 Watts as 0,700
OpenWB is expecting Watts, so it shows 2 Watts (and 0 when using 700)
Is there anyway to fix this in OpenWB?

VzLogger normally never uses "," on values over 1000.
Thats why its not implemented in openWB.
It would be better to achieve correct values.
You could *1000 on your VZLogger installation and use the http Modul in openWB.
