Fronius Primo + Fronius SmartMeter + OpenEVSE + Feed-in control

Hello all.
First of all, I'm sorry to write in english but my german is definitively not good enough (memories from school years).
What I have at home:
Here's an overall schematic:
Currently (with my current supplier contract), I am not allowed to feed anything to the grid.
I've signed a new contract, not yet activated, that would allow me to feed up to 6 KVA to the grid (can't do more, because single-phased, because Enedis - the grid manager in France).
So the Fronius Primo is setup to limit the feed-in, based on the data from its SmartMeter.
The EV charger is setup as "PV divert", controlled by the 'CT - Grid" clamp that is next to the SmartMeter.
I guess you can already see the issue: as the Fronius is set to zero feed-in, the EV charger cannot divert anything...
So I have to manually set the max amp going into the charger (using its web internet) and change it so I don't charge using more amps than the Fronius can provide.
When I'll be able to send to the grid up to 6 KVA, the issue won't be that bad but I'll still lose up to 2 kVA of charging power.
Would OpenWB software be of any help?
I have read (through translation) some of its features, it looks like I would be able control OpenEVSE with it (not directly with ModBus but through a MQTT feed) but I did not find anything about the grid feed-in control.
Is there a way to make all this work together?

- an OpenEVSE car charging system
- several CT clamps feeding in an emonCMS (can be fed into MQTT)
