openWB series2 standard+ startet keine Ladung mehr

Die Wallbox hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Seit zwei Tagen will einfach keine Ladung mehr starten.
Heute mit dem Elektriker zur Sicherheit die Installation geprüft da Die Wallbox auf der Hauptseite angibt dass die Ladung startet sobald ein Auto angesteckt wird. Leider tut sie das nicht.

Hier ein Auszug aus den Lade log was meine Vermutung und die des Elektrikers bestätigt. Der Schutz wird nicht bei Start der Ladung gestartet. Weder der eine fürs 1-phasige, noch der zweite fürs 3-phasige.

Wenn ich das Richtig verstehe, ist die Platine am USB (/dev/ttyUSB0) fürs Schalten der Ladung zuständig.

Da Wallbox bereits seit 1 Monat perfekt läuft und der Fehler auf einmal auftritt gehe ich auch nicht davon aus, dass die Softwareeinstellung nicht passt. Ich habe auch bereits einen Systembericht abschicken lassen aber es kommt leider keine Antwort.

Wird denn nach Anstecken des EV der Ladestecker im Web-GUI orange angezeigt?
Werden 6A Startstrom als Sollwertvorgabe angezeigt?

Der Support meldet sich kurzfristig im Rahmen normaler Arbeitszeiten.
Eine Ticketbestätigung solltest du aber schon sofort nach Absenden des Berichtes bekommen. Wenn nicht - auf Spam prüfen.

Gleiches Problem hier. Da ich gestern Firmwareupdate gemacht habe auf die aktuelle Release, vermute ich da den Fehler. oranges Symbol wird angezeigt, aber keine Ladestromvorgabe. Open WB Duo V 2. Fehlermeldung: Kein Auto angesteckt. Beide Ladeports gleicher Fehler und auch bei beiden Autos

Angehängt aber meines Wissens ohne Fehler.

Das Auto registriert dass es angesteckt wurde so wie die Wallbox. Die Wallbox schreibt dass die Ladung beginnt. Nach einiger Zeit beendet das Auto das Laden mit einem Fehler weil kein Strom kommt. Im UI steht noch immer dass die Ladung beginnt. Ab dem Moment wo die Ladung laut Wallbox beginnt, nimmt er in der UI auch keine Änderung des Lademodus mehr zu. Es ist egal welcher Modus (Sofort/PV) vor Ladebeginn eingestellt war und ob mit 1Phase oder 3 Phasen.
Laut Elektriker passt die Insatallation bis zu den Schütz die die Ladung Schalten. Jedoch werden diese nicht geschalten. Ich vermute das diese Platine (openWB_ v1.007_Uxl) die Schaltung nicht durchführt bzw laut erster Fehlermeldung die Platine die am USB am Raspberry angehängt ist, dass diese nicht schaltet. Das kann ich und der Elektriker nicht prüfen.

Der Support hat sich erst ein wenig später gemeldet (mehr als ein Tag) und ich habe ihnen nun auch diesen Post per link mitgeteilt.

Ich denke mal, dass ein Hardwaredefekt vorliegt. Der Support kümmert sich sicherlich drum.

Meine Box erkennt jedoch den Anschluss des Autos und gibt an die Ladung zu starten so wie ich es eingestellt hätte. Jedoch passiert das leider nicht.

Nach dem der Support drauf geschaut hat. die Lösung falls noch wer dieses Problem mal hat:

Ich konnte mich aufschalten und habe folgende Änderungen vorgenommen:

- Softwareversion von Beta auf Release geändert

- Ladepunkt gelöscht und neu angelegt (war nicht mehr ansprechbar, kommt sehr selten mal vor - meist bei Beta-Versionen)

- Minimalen Ladestrom im Fahrzeugprofil von 6A auf 10A erhöht

Normaler weise sollte der ID.3 mit 6A laden können, hier hat er sich etwas geziert. Wenn es mit 10A stabil läuft, kann man mal versuchen auf 8A runter zu gehen. Lademodus steht jetzt auf PV (auch Sofortladen wurde getestet) und läuft stabil.
