Startbildschirm hängt bei 42% nach Änderungen

Moin moin,
ich habe opneWB 1.9.295 auf einem Raspberry Pi installiert (stretch) und kann den Startbildschirm aufrufen. Er hängt sich allerdings auf wenn ich ihn mittels <IP-Adr>/openWB/web/index.php auf bei 42% und es steht da 'Bitte warten bis die Seite aufgebaut ist'. Manchmal wird die Seite nach mehreren Minuten aufgebaut, meistens jedoch nicht. Von einem ipad aus mit Safari klappt es häufiger als mit Chromium auf dem pi, aber auch hier nicht immer.
Der Aufruf <IP-Adr>/openWB/web/settings/settings.php funktioniert immer schnell. Wenn ich dann z.B ein Modul hinzufüge und das Ganze speichere, dann hängt er sich wieder bei 42% auf.
Ich kann hier im Forum leider nichts dazu finden. Hat jemand von Euch so etwas schon mal erlebt und kennt einen Lösung oder einen Grund für das Verhalten?

Es dauert unglaublich lange, bis die Startseite aufgebaut ist und wenn ich dann den Status ansehen will, in dem man auf die Logdaten zugreifen kann, dauert es mitunter auch wieder eine halbe Stunde.
Kannst Du mir bitte sagen, wo ich die Log-Daten finden kann, sie müssen ja in irgendwelchen Dateien abgelegt sein. Da kann man dann direkt darauf zugreifen und sehen, wo es hakt.

Prerequisites:

sudo apt-get upgrade -y
sudo pip3 install --upgrade requests
sudo pip install requests

See install instructions:

The install script stalls at the end, after some Adafruit installation is finished.

Use Ctrl+C to end the script

edit 010_pi-nopasswd file

sudo nano /etc/sudoers.d/010_pi-nopasswd

The file must contain only ONE line like that (just one):

save Ctrl+x

Run those commands as pi user

I had 4 lines of
www-data ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL in my /etc/sudoers.d/010_pi-nopasswd file => 42% loading problem
