Moin, ich wünsche allen ein frohes neues Jahr!
Und ich muss leider gleich zu beginn etwas melden, was nicht funktioniert. Ich erstelle für meinen Arbeitgeber immer Ladeprotokolle, diese frage ich über ein Linux System ab und generiere daraus automatisiert eine Mail, so wie es auf der "Auswertungen - Ladeprotokoll" Seite steht:
Das Ladeprotokoll kann monatsweise automatisiert über folgende URL abgerufen werden:

In der Änderung die Sungrow und die Firmware angeht (Commit #2040) passt irgendwas leider nicht. (https://github.com/openWB/core/pull/2040)
Zum einen ist die Unterscheidung der Firmware < oder > 112 in meinen Augen falsch, da es keine Firmware Version 112 gibt. Es gibt eine Hardwareversion v112 der Wechselrichter, aber die Firmware hat eine ganz andere Bezeichnung, siehe hier der Screenshot: Im November 24 wurde eine neue Firmware veröffentlicht bei der die Modbusregister geändert wurden, siehe mein Beitrag hier: viewtopic.php?p=120137#p120137
Vielleicht ist da eine Unterscheidung "FW Version vor November 24" und "FW Version nach Nov 24 sinnvoller? Weil es gibt auch 4 "Firmwares" auf den Sungrows. Habe es bei mehreren verschiedenen Typen Sungrows SHxxRT geprüft, die alle aktuell sind, dort ist sie überall identisch wie oben gezeigt.
Zudem ist es bei mir so das die Ladung und Entladung des Speichern vom Vorzeichen auch falsch ist, eine Entladung wird als Ladung angezeigt und umgekehrt, siehe dazu Screenshot aus der Isolarcloud (Sungrow Cloud) und openWB, hab das mal länger beobachtet und das ist leider falsch. Die Summen der Entladung ist größer obwohl heute nur der Akku geladen wurde bei Sonne, die Geladen Summe kommt durch einen Fehler, da ich auch die FW Version mal umgestellt habe, dann passt es aber nicht mehr da dann 64kW Ladung angezeigt werden.
Hier muss also das Vorzeichen meiner Meinung nach umgedreht werden im Code.
Ein entsprechender Logauszug nochmal dabei, auch wenn er vielleicht gar nicht nötig ist.

ich habe das "Speicher-, Zähler- und Wechselrichter-Modul für Ampere" getestet und folgendes festgestellt:
Die Komponenten werden bei mir alle korrekt eingebunden und liefern plausible Werte. Lediglich beim Ampere Pro Zähler ist das Vorzeichen für die Leistung invertiert. Deshalb kommt es in der Statusmeldung (siehe Screenshot) zu einem Warnhinweis.

P.S. Der im Screenshot gezeigte Fehler beim Ladepunkt kann ignoriert werden. Die OpenWB-Software läuft hier in einer VM und kann die GPIO-Pins des Raspberry Pi nicht ansprechen.

Ist mit diesem PR auch behoben https://github.com/openWB/core/pull/2089 Dann wird vor dem Ladestart noch umgeschaltet.Gero hat geschrieben: ↑Do Dez 19, 2024 7:40 am Sofortladen startet wieder einphasig um dann nach ein bisschen zu stoppen und dann dreiphasig weiterzuladen. Hatte ich mitbekommen, weil meine Tesla-App "Ladung gestartet" und kurz danach wieder "Ladung gestoppt" gemeldet hat. Vorgang war gestern update auf aktuellen Master und heute früh anstecken.

Das Problem im Log sollte mit https://github.com/openWB/core/pull/2105 behoben sein.mrinas hat geschrieben: ↑Fr Dez 20, 2024 6:14 am Hallo Lena,
es gibt leider ein Problem mit Zeitladen & SoC Limit. Es gibt zwei Zeitladefenster, das erste von 21 bis 22Uhr mit 9A Ladestrom (macht rd. 5kW bei 3p) um ggf. den Hausakku zu leeren, 5kWp ist das was der Akku in etwa abgeben kann.
Danach ein weiteres FEnster von 22 bis 23:59 mit 25A um auf den SoC zu kommen. Ist ein Smart #1 mit dem 22kW Lader.
Zwei Dinge sind nun heut passiert, womöglich hängen die auch zusammen:
1) Es wurde wohl nur einphasig geladen, zumindest lässt das Diagram das so vermuten
2) Die Ladung wurde nicht mehr gestoppt sondern lief ewig mit 1p/6A weiter. Sowohl nach Ende des Zeitfensters als auch nach erreichen des SoC (außerhalb des Fensters).
Logs vom Ladevorgang mit aktivem Zeitfenster hab ich nicht mehr, die sind schon weg. Aber zumindest von der hängenden Ladung (Problem #2):

Ist im Master behoben.mrinas hat geschrieben: ↑Mi Dez 25, 2024 8:19 pm bin auf 2024-12-18 08:38:54 +0100 [443cea676] wegen der nicht-Abschaltung nach Zeitladen.
Sind eben nachhaus gekommen, Lademodus PV, es wurde ein Ladevorgang mit 6A gestartet obwohl weit und breit keine Sonne zu sehen war. Beim Abstecken war noch Sonne und ein aktiver Ladevorgang, so wie ich das zuvor auch schon häufig gemacht hab.
LP sperren, warten bis der Ladevorgang beendet ist, LP entsprerren hat genügt, jetzt wird nicht mehr geladen.
Das hier müsste der relevante Logauszug sein, hab auch ein gesamtes main.log gesichert falls daran Bedarf besteht.
