Sehr viele Killed Einträge im Log.
Stell mal unter Debug den Pingcheck ein, dann wird alle 5 Minuten die WLAN Verbindung gecheckt und auch der Load im Log protokolliert.

Ja Eigeninstallation, aber da ich auch iobroker, domoticz, pihole und anderes auf diversen raspis laufen habe hab ich mir das zugetraut.

Hab den openWB Raspi jetzt ins LAN gehängt und den Ping eingestellt..mal abwarten...

Die Frage hab ich nur gestellt, weil ich wissen will, ob du selbst auf den Raspi drauf kommst.

Ok, das ist ein Raspi3b mit Buster.
Der hat zumindest einen anderen WLAN Chipsatz als der 3b+ in einer openWB Hardware und als ein Raspi 4.

Mal sehen was dein Load macht.
Da du ja selbst drauf kommst, schau auch mal die syslogs an, wenn sie stehen bleibt also
/var/log/messages
/var/log/syslog

Es scheint zum gleichen Zeitpunkt zwei regel.sh parallel zu laufen, die sich wohl gegenseitig behindern und zeitlich nacheinander ins log schreiben.

In der Systemübersicht zeigt der raspi zuglieich ein lan und eine wlan Adresse hat. So wie ich das verstanden habe, soltte nur das eine oder das andere gehen.

Die nicht aufsteigenden Timestamps sind mir auch schon aufgefallen, daher will ich auch den Load sehen. Ich vermute, dass ein Regel Prozess wegen irgend welchen langläufern in den Modulen so lange laufen, dass die Crontab schon den nächsten antriggert. Wenn das so ist, müsste sich der Load hochschaukeln. Die vielen Killed Einträge in einem der vorigen Ausschnitte deuten auch drauf hin, dass da sehr viel los war und der Kernel sich befreit hat. Die beiden IP Adressen können bei einer Eigeninstallation vorkommen, wenn jetzt mit LAN zusätzlich zum WLAN angeschlossen ist. Ist im Allgemeinen kein Problem.

Prozesse werden doch meines Wissens nur bei vollem Hauptspeicher inkl. Swap gekillt. Läuft da sonst noch etwas auf dem Pi? Welches Basisimage hast Du genommen?

Lass auf der Konsole mal top mitlaufen und sortiere die Liste nach der Speicberzuweisung.

Sorry, musste heute mal ins Büro.
Der Raspi läuft jetzt immer noch, das ist schonmal eine Verbesserung.
Die beiden IP Adressen hat er vorher im WLAN natürlich nicht bekommen, da war ja kein LAN angeschlossen sondern nur WLAN. Die hat er jetzt im LAN natürlich, wenn er sich wieder aufhängt, dann werde ich WLAN deaktivieren.

Es läuft halt noch Mosquito, das ist überflüssig weil ich Mosquito schon auf dem Iobroker laufen habe, aber es macht auch nix aus meiner Sicht.

Unter var/log/syslog findet sich während der viel "killed" .... nix

wenn er jetzt im LAN bleibt dann würde ich nochmal WLAN probieren und den Energiesparmodus vom WLAN deaktivieren.Wenn das nichts hilft mal sehen ;-)
