How to connect OpenWB 2 Standard+ to Enphase Envoy / IQ Gateway with Firmware > 7.0

Hello,

I was struggling to get my Enphase components recognised with the OpenWB 2 Standard+ with Firmware > 7.0.
After upgrading to openWB software2 2.1.4 Beta 1 (see viewtopic.php?t=8694), the next challenge was to find out the EID for each component.

Below the document I wrote that explain how to get these EIDs and how to add the components into OpenWB.
