Buchse als Slave: "Cooldown für Aktor aktiv."

Hallo zusammen,

diese Fehlermeldung finde ich im nurLadepunkt.log. Vorausgegangen sind tagelang diese hier:

Es äußert sich darin, dass die Buchse verriegelt, der Schütz anzieht und dann wieder abfällt. Die Buchse wird auch wieder verriegelt. Ich kann nicht sagen, ob das ursächlich ist, aber die openWB war vor dem Wochenende mal von der 2.0 angesteuert und sie wollte nicht mit dem einphasigen Ion laden. Danach hab ich beide openWBs wieder auf die 1.9er-Steuerung umgestellt, da ja spätestens Montag früh wieder Strom für's vorheizen da sein muss. Naja, hat leider nicht geklappt. :-(

Ich sehe gerade, dass in der isss.py vor zwei Wochen noch etwas geändert wurde. Aber meine Version ist ja noch viel älter und hat vorher ja auch funktioniert.

Wie häufig treten die Fehler auf? Die EVSE liefert gelegentlich Auslesefehler. Neustart nach dem Wechsel auf 1.9 durchgeführt?
Bitte größere Ausschnitte aus dem Log posten.

Die ModbusIOException hatte ich über's ganze Wochenende. Nach dem Reboot ist's natürlich weg.

edit: Nun mal den Tesla angesteckt. Da sagt die App "Fehler, kein Ladestrom". Ein klackerndes Schütz habe ich aber nicht gehört, nur den Verriegelungsmotor der Buchse. In den Ladestatus-Änderungen der Master-Box ist nichts von dem Ladeversuch zu sehen.

Das Log sieht normal aus. Was sagt das Debug-Log?

edit: Ich hab' die cooldown-Meldung noch in einem offenen Browserfenster gefunden. Das war der zeitpunkt, wo die Vorheizfunktion des Ion aktiviert wurde. Ich denke, dass da irgendwas oft betätigt wurde, was dann warm gelaufen ist.

Nach ein paar Überlegungen bin ich zur Erkenntnis gelangt, dass ein reboot des Raspi ja nicht notwendigerweise auch die EVSE neu initialisiert. Und da der Fehler ja irgendwie vom Ladecotroller her kommen muss und es mittlerweile nicht nach einem richtigen Hardwareproblem aussieht, (die Fehlermeldungen sind ja weg) hab ich die ganze Box mal spannungslos gemacht. Und siehe da, der Tesla lädt und wenn ich die Box wieder als Slave konfiguriere klappt's auch mit dem Ion.

Gut. Aber so richtig wissen, woran es lag, tue ich nun nicht.
