Hallo zusammen,

ich bin gerade dabei einen Growatt-WR SPH 10000TL3 GH-UP mit dem relativ neuem Growatt Modul einzubinden.
Werte bekomme ich über die Versions-Einstellung als MAX Series. Vieles sieht erst mal gut aus. Im Module Wechselrichter werden die Werte mit falschen Vorzeichen geliefert.
Ich habe die Zeile 29 in der Datei inverter.py so geändert, dass jetzt das Vorzeichen in der Anzeige passt (alt / 10; neu / -10)
1, ModbusDataType.UINT_32, unit=self.__modbus_id) / -10
Vielleicht kann dies ja generell übernommen werden, wobei ich nicht weiß, wie es bei dem eigentlichen MAX Wechselrichtern ist.
Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass dies auch in der Zeile 34 für die TL-X Serie so gemacht werden müsste.

Bei einer Sache blicke ich noch gar nicht durch, da ich nicht weiß, wo die Daten herkommen, die dort dargestellt werden.

Zum einen ist die Unterscheidung der Firmware < oder > 112 in meinen Augen falsch, da es keine Firmware Version 112 gibt. Es gibt eine Hardwareversion v112 der Wechselrichter, aber die Firmware hat eine ganz andere Bezeichnung, siehe hier der Screenshot:

Im November 24 wurde eine neue Firmware veröffentlicht bei der die Modbusregister geändert wurden, siehe mein Beitrag hier: viewtopic.php?p=120137#p120137
Vielleicht ist da eine Unterscheidung "FW Version vor November 24" und "FW Version nach Nov 24 sinnvoller? Weil es gibt auch 4 "Firmwares" auf den Sungrows. Habe es bei mehreren verschiedenen Typen Sungrows SHxxRT geprüft, die alle aktuell sind, dort ist sie überall identisch wie oben gezeigt.

Zudem ist es bei mir so das die Ladung und Entladung des Speichern vom Vorzeichen auch falsch ist, eine Entladung wird als Ladung angezeigt und umgekehrt, siehe dazu Screenshot aus der Isolarcloud (Sungrow Cloud) und openWB, hab das mal länger beobachtet und das ist leider falsch. Die Summen der Entladung ist größer obwohl heute nur der Akku geladen wurde bei Sonne, die Geladen Summe kommt durch einen Fehler, da ich auch die FW Version mal umgestellt habe, dann passt es aber nicht mehr da dann 64kW Ladung angezeigt werden.

Hier muss also das Vorzeichen meiner Meinung nach umgedreht werden im Code.

Ich möchte dieses Thema noch einmal aufgreifen. Mit dem Update den aktuellen Master (2024-12-19) habe ich das Problem, dass das Sungrow Modul m.E. nach den Wechselrichter falsch berechnet. Beim Entladen der Batterie (es ist abends und die Sonne ist weg) wird offenbar der Hausverbrauch und die Entladung der Batterie zusammengerechnet und dies dann als negative PV-Leistung ausgegeben. Ich hoffe, dass der nachfolgende Log-Auszug da irgendwie weiter hilft:

In dem Log bitte etwas weiter oben gucken nach "pv1" (z.B. in Zeile 967). Kurz bevor ich das Log gezogen habe, war die Batterie leer, da ist die Leistung dann für PV1 von -12xx W auf ~50W gesprungen. Ich wollte das Log aber gerne ganz lassen, denn die 50W sind da m.E. nach auch falsch. Die Sonne scheint nicht, die Anlage liefert nichts. Entsprechend müsste die PV-Leistung auf 0 sein.

PV1 ist ein Sungrow SH10.0RT Wechselrichter, Verbindung direkt über LAN ohne Winet-S Dongle.
PV3 ist ein Sungrow SG5.0RT Wechselrichter, Verbindung über die LAN-Buchse des Winet-S Dongle.

Ich möchte dieses Thema noch einmal aufgreifen. Mit dem Update den aktuellen Master (2024-12-19) habe ich das Problem, dass das Sungrow Modul m.E. nach den Wechselrichter falsch berechnet. Beim Entladen der Batterie (es ist abends und die Sonne ist weg) wird offenbar der Hausverbrauch und die Entladung der Batterie zusammengerechnet und dies dann als negative PV-Leistung ausgegeben. Ich hoffe, dass der nachfolgende Log-Auszug da irgendwie weiter hilft:

In dem Log bitte etwas weiter oben gucken nach "pv1" (z.B. in Zeile 967). Kurz bevor ich das Log gezogen habe, war die Batterie leer, da ist die Leistung dann für PV1 von -12xx W auf ~50W gesprungen. Ich wollte das Log aber gerne ganz lassen, denn die 50W sind da m.E. nach auch falsch. Die Sonne scheint nicht, die Anlage liefert nichts. Entsprechend müsste die PV-Leistung auf 0 sein.

Kurze Info:
PV1 ist ein Sungrow SH10.0RT Wechselrichter, Verbindung direkt über LAN ohne Winet-S Dongle.
PV3 ist ein Sungrow SG5.0RT Wechselrichter, Verbindung über die LAN-Buchse des Winet-S Dongle.
Kann ich bestätigen, dass war bei mir auch so, hab ja dazu sogar einen Screenshot gepostet. Welche Firmware Version hast du denn drauf?

Lutz ich habe das Thema schon 2 mal reportet, zuletzt hier zusammengefasst: viewtopic.php?p=121945#p121945

Das Modbus Register für die Batterieleistung hat sich geändert auf jetzt signed 16bit Big Endian, eine Batterie LADUNG ist jetzt negativ, eine Batterie ENTLADUNG ist jetzt positiv.
Zudem ist die Unterscheidung der Firmware (die ihr korrekterweise mit reingenommen habt) falsch benannt. Es gibt keine Firmware v112 und kleiner, entsprechende Screenshots habe ich auch in meinen Posts gepackt.

Ich bin aktuell auf eine openWB Master version vor den letzten Sungrow Änderungen vom 17.12.2024 damit die PV leistung halbwegs passt, ich hab nur das Problem das mir jegliche Batterieladung oder entladung jetzt immer als Entladung angezeigt wird.
Ist halt ein absolutes Durcheinander aktuell, wäre super wenn das doch endlich mal korrigiert werden könnte, ich kann auch meine WR Firmware nicht mehr downgraden, damit es funktioniert.

Das hab ich hier ja schonmal geschrieben viewtopic.php?p=121789#p121789, es gibt nicht eine Firmware Version bei Sungrow leider. Jeder WR hat 4 verschiedene Module der Firmware, siehe auch Screenshot dazu in meinem Beitrag und von gestern Abend von Straycat.

Ich würde vorschlagen man könnte es "> MDSP Sapphire-H_03011.95.03" und eben kleiner benennen. Meist gehen die Versionen in den letzten beiden Stellen also .95.03 nach oben.

Ob das für immer so passt weiß ich aber auch nicht, das BAT Modul haben z.B. glaub nur die SH Wechselrichter, SG müssten nur LCD und MDSP haben. Wichtig ist ja die Unterscheidund in dem openWB Code, hab ich das Firmware Upgrade vom November 2024 drauf, weil dann ändert sich Register 13021 oder hab ich eine Version davor drauf, dann eben das Modbus Register ohne Vorzeichen mit dem alten Code

Ich habe basierend auf dem aktuellen Master den Feature-Branch "feature-sungrow-firmware" erstellt. Wäre gut, wenn Du den einmal ausprobieren könntest.

Das Vorzeichen der Speicherleistung wurde umgekehrt sowie das Auswahlfeld der Firmwareversion überarbeitet.

Achtung: ein Wechsel zurück (Downgrade) ist nicht so ohne weiteres möglich! Danach muss zwingend die Version neu in den Einstellungen gesetzt werden.
